No One Killed Jessica movie is all about two women and their relentless pursuit of justice that mobilises an entire nation to prove in democracy that there is no greater power than the power of the people. As the story sets in New Delhi 1999 he guns at Kargil are still blazing when another one goes off, this time in the nation’s capital. Jessica, a young attractive model trying her hand at bartending, is shot dead at a celebrity party. Her crime - refusing to serve a drink after closing hours! The culprit Manish, son of a prominent politician, inebriated by a deadly cocktail of alcohol and a sense of entitlement, pulls the trigger in a fit of rage. With 300 of Delhi’s swish set present at the party, many of whom are witnesses to the murder, Manish looks all set to go to the gallows. Except, that it doesn’t quite turn out that way! Now two women, Jessica’s sister, Sabrina and the feisty TV reporter, Meera will have to drum up every resource at their disposal to outwit Manish at his own game, if the truth is to have any chance of prevailing over money and political clout.

No One Killed Jessica movie the political thirller sets in New Delhi was believed to be based on the controversial Jessica Lal murder case, however the director later clarified that the tilte and the script are actually inspired by a headline carrired out by a magazine in 2006 , when the accused the infamous murder case were acquitted by the lower courts leading to nationwide protests  reopened the case and subsequently the accussed was sentenced as per the case.

"Saat Khoon Maaf" an upcoming movie of former Miss World "Priyanka Chopra" is an thriller and black comedy movie directed by Vishal Bhardwaj is based on the Ruskin Bond's short story " Susanna's Seven Husbands". This movie features seven male characters which leads with Naseeruddin Shah, John Abraham and Neil Nitin Mukesh as the youngest husband alongwith Irfan Khan Annu Kapoor, Naseeruddin Shah's youngest son Vivaan Shah and Russian actor Aleksandr Dyachenko, in the roles of the seven husbands.

" Saat Khoon Maaf " is a story of an anglo-Woman who goes on to kill all her seven husband. In this film, Priyanka Chopra's character ages from 20-65 and will be seen going through seven different age makeovers as wife of seven different aged men at different stages of her life, for which prosthetics had to play a heavy part. And for that, director Vishal Bhardwaj has hired renowned Academy Award winning, Hollywood special make-up effects artist, Greg Cannom of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (2008), to create those seven different looks for Priyanka's role in the film and out of those the most challenging one was that of the 65-year-old woman, for which the make-up team has used Priyanka's grandmother’s photo to try and make her look as close to her as possible. During the whole process, Priyanka has literally not eaten or not drunk anything for hours thereby starving herself during the shoot that involved prosthetics. Firstly, the make-up takes five long hours at least, to get right. So, it would begin at some wee hour in the morning to get it done by 10 or 11 am. Post that, till the shoot ended, Priyanka could not eat anything, as that would damage the make-up, but she pulled it through because on screen it was looking good and she trusts Vishal and the final results were so compelling, that even Priyanka's own father couldn't recognise her.Vishal also wanted Priyanka to put on some weight to fit the bill of the character.

Priyanka Chopra Role in 7 Khaan Maaf

The trailer of Saat Khoon Maaf manages to impart the entire theme on which the film is based on. The trailer brilliantly leaves an impact on the viewers mind, with a feeling of longing to watch more of it. Priyanka is at her best in film with power pack-dialogue deliveries like, “duniya ki haar biwi ne kabhie na kabhie toh yeh zarur sochega, ki main apne pati se hamesha hamesha ke liye chutkara kaise paun, (every wife in the entire world must have once in her life time thought of how to get rid of her husband for ever) as the trailer ends with the dialogue by Priyanka saying, “this time I am going to drink in blood” that proves Priyanka is playing a negative character in the film. This is the third film where the Priyanka  will be showcasing her negative acting skills after Aitraaz (2004) and Yakeen (2005).

During these period when a time comes ad the gangster known as ( Charlie ) played by Shahid Kapoor happend to see her and instantly falls in love with her where Sanjana gradually gets entangled in this relationship without knowing Charlie's true identity.

In the mean time Emraan Hashmi playing the role of Vicky the Casanova, who was brought up abroad has to come back to India to look after his ailing father. Thus when he comes after years( he was sent to live with his aunt when he was just three and even the aunt had died sometime ago) he meets Sanjana and falls for her but she is too committed to Charlie.
